Plexus Connect is a modern digital marketing platform that combines the principles of Paid-To-Click (PTC) advertising and network marketing into one ecosystem. Our platform connects advertisers with users who engage with promotional content while rewarding users for their participation.

Step 1: Choose a Subscription Plan

To participate, users subscribe to any available Plexus Connect plan of their choice.

Each subscription plan:

• Runs for 12 months (1 year).

• Determines the value of ad rewards a user can earn.

• Remains permanently attached to the user's account.

Permanent Plan Benefits

When a user upgrades to a higher plan, their previous plan is not lost.

For example:

• A user who starts with PTC Starter and later upgrades to PTC Pro permanently retains access to the benefits associated with their earlier subscription.

• Every subscribed plan remains part of the user's account history.

Step 2: Watch Ads and Earn Rewards

After subscribing, users gain access to advertisements available on the platform.

Users earn rewards by viewing advertisements.

The reward amount received for each ad depends on the user's subscription plan. Higher plans generally provide access to higher ad reward opportunities.

Understanding Your Balances

Plexus Connect uses two different balance types:

Total Balance

Your Total Balance represents all rewards accumulated from ad viewing and other qualifying activities.

Available Balance

Your Available Balance represents the actual amount currently available for withdrawal.

Only funds that have been unlocked into the Available Balance can be withdrawn.

Earnings Limits and Ad Earnings Pause

All subscription plans have earnings limits.

Once a user reaches the maximum earnings cap associated with their account, ad rewards become paused.

When this happens:

• Ad viewing may continue.

• Additional ad earnings will no longer be added to the user's Total Balance.

• The user enters a 30-day countdown period.

The following notification will appear:

You have reached your earnings limit. Start unlocking your Total Balance toward your Available Balance by making withdrawals. Total Balance will reset to ₦0 in 30 days.

Important

If the Total Balance is not withdrawn or sufficiently unlocked before the 30-day countdown expires:

• The Total Balance will reset to ₦0.

• Any remaining locked balance will be forfeited.

Unlocking Your Balance

Users can gradually unlock their Total Balance into their Available Balance.

Through Referrals

Referrals can significantly increase and unlock a user's balance.

The amount unlocked depends on the quality and activity of the referral.

Full Balance Unlock

A single referral who subscribes to a plan similar to the referrer's active plan can unlock the user's balance completely until the next earnings pause is reached.

Are Referrals Mandatory?

No.

Referrals are not mandatory.

Users who do not refer anyone may still receive periodic increases to their Available Balance through platform allocation systems.

However, referrals can accelerate balance unlocking and increase withdrawal eligibility.

KYC Verification Requirement

To maintain platform security and prevent fraudulent activity, all withdrawal requests require account verification.

Before withdrawing, users must:

• Complete KYC verification.

• Ensure their account information is accurate and up to date.

Only KYC-verified accounts are eligible to receive withdrawals.

Minimum Withdrawal

• Minimum single withdrawal amount: ₦1,000

Withdrawal Processing Days

Withdrawal requests are processed on:

• Monday

• Tuesday

• Wednesday

• Thursday

Requests submitted outside processing periods may be handled during the next available processing window.
